AHIP Beneficial
In August 2016, AHIP became Co-General Partner on a 16-property LIHTC portfolio
consisting of 1,521 units in 4 states (FL, GA, AL, PA). AHIP is partnering with the
portfolio developer Don Paxton, CEO of Beneficial Communities. AHIP performs the
asset management responsibilities for the portfolio. Since acquisition, the portfolio has
experienced a significant improvement in operating performance due, in part, to the
focused efforts of the AHIP team in partnership with the third-party management
company.

AHIP NH
In November 2017, AHIP closed on the acquisition of 19-property LIHTC portfolio
consisting of 1,607 units in 3 states (MS, LA, TN). AHIP is partners with Boston based
Weston Associates who performs the asset management function for the portfolio.
AHIP sourced the off-market transaction and invested 90% of the purchase equity.
